After Connecting Create 3 to a 2.4Ghz network, cannot ssh into raspberry pi

Hello! As the title suggests, after connecting the Create 3 to a 2.4 GHz network, I can no longer ssh into the raspberry pi. When I connect to it via keyboard and mouse, I see that although the WiFi settings to connect to my 5Ghz network are correct (via turtlebot4-setup), when I do "ip a," I see that there is nothing in the wlan0 section. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you!
