Nextcloud integrity check fails

Turnkey modifies the file core/templates/layout.guest.php from Nextcloud, this fails the build in integrity check of Nextcloud.

This blocks the Nextcloud updater from running:

You can also verify this on the CLI with turnkey-occ integrity:check-core.

The current Nextcloud versions allow to override the slogan and links from the CLI:

turnkey-occ theming:config slogan 'Powered by TurnKey Linux'
turnkey-occ theming:config url https://www.turnkeylinux.org/nextcloud
turnkey-occ theming:config name 'NextCloud Appliance'

This reproduced the manually set footer, except the link on 'TurnKey Linux'. This way the core/templates/layout.guest.php can stay unmodified and nextcloud updates work.
