Demo section showing dark fonts #185

Describe the bug
While testing the App, Grace Demo section is showing all broken!
My Gut feeling is that she has a different (light, dark) setting than us, resulting in different font being used.
Make sure this is fixed, so that no matter the colour theme, the UI looks ok
