Support Vite 8

solid-devtools currently includes `"vite": "7.1.5"` in its dependencies, which prevents it from being used with the newly released vite 8. Could an approach similar to `vite-plugin-solid` work where other major versions are listed in the [`peerDependencies`](https://github.com/solidjs/vite-plugin-solid/blob/main/package.json#L76)?
