AccessDenied for all tf_model_garden vision models

Prerequisites

Please answer the following questions for yourself before submitting an issue.

• I am using the latest TensorFlow Model Garden release and TensorFlow 2.
• I am reporting the issue to the correct repository. (Model Garden official or research directory)
• I checked to make sure that this issue has not been filed already.

1. The entire URL of the file you are using

Pretrained model weights are no more avaiable, for example:

• https://storage.googleapis.com/tf_model_garden/vision/resnet/resnet-50-i224.tar.gz
• https://storage.googleapis.com/tf_model_garden/vision/yolo/yolov7/yolov7.tar.gz

2. Describe the bug

Hi, it looks like all model garden checkpoints are not available e.g.

• https://storage.googleapis.com/tf_model_garden/vision/resnet/resnet-50-i224.tar.gz

we get this:

<Message>Access denied.</Message>
<Details>Anonymous caller does not have storage.objects.get access to the Google Cloud Storage object. Permission 'storage.objects.get' denied on resource (or it may not exist).</Details>
</Error>

Hi @kmkolasinski! Have you been able to find or get any of the files? I also raised an issue 2 weeks ago but haven't even been asigned a moderator yet.

Hey, nope. We are also waiting for some comments from the TF team .... this is pretty disappointing that things from the "official" packages are disappearing. It's not clear whether they changed the paths or remove all these files etc.

Awesome 💪 The yolo checkpoint link in the ticket description works now, but to be 100% sure we can train a model next week and check if it works. Thank you for the support !
