[Bug]: Transfer UI Improvements

We have a few scenarios that are missing UI and/or need bug fixing:

• Transfer to spending:
  • Total balance not including "incoming balance" immediately, only after channel is open
• Coop close (client - success):
  • Don't show "Transfer in progress" banner or "incoming balance", since funds are available immediately
• Coop close (client - failed):
  • "Transfer Initiating" banner missing (otherwise this flow works well)
• Force close (client):
  • Total balance needs to include the "incoming balance" immediately, not only after channel is closed
  • Missing "Transfer Ready in x days" banner
  • Missing activity item "Transferring - Force Transfer To Savings (14d)" (immediately after force close is initiated)
  • Should not show ReceivedTxSheet or "Received" activity item
• Coop close (LSP):
  • Spending balance is not updated until commitmentTx is confirmed with reorg protection (6 blocks), total balance is wrong
  • Missing "Connection closed" sheet
• Force close (LSP):
  • Spending balance is not updated until time-locked funds are spendable (6 blocks)
  • Missing "Connection closed" sheet
  • Missing "Transfer Ready in x hours" banner
  • Missing activity item "Transferring - Force Transfer To Savings (1h)" (after node is notified of the force close)
  • Should not show ReceivedTxSheet or "Received" activity item
