Feature: Support hyperlink click on DrawingML images

Summary

Support image hyperlinks on DrawingML images (a:hlinkClick) in DOCX.

Problem

Image renders, but hyperlink click does not work in SuperDoc.

Repro

1. Open attached docx in SuperDoc.
2. Click the footer image (it has a hyperlink).

Expected

Clicking the image opens the hyperlink.

Notes

This docx isolates the image hyperlink case using a JPEG image.

I'd like to take this on. Here's my initial analysis: the importer already preserves DrawingML image hyperlink metadata on image nodes, but the layout-engine drops it before DOM rendering. Inline image runs and block image fragments both need to carry that link metadata into the flow model so the DOM painter can render clickable anchors safely.

I have a working implementation for this on my fork, with targeted tests passing. Happy to open a PR if that would still be helpful, or defer if someone on the core team is already finishing it.
