fix: update test imports to use LinterOptions and LinterDiagnostic

Updated test files to use the new type names after the refactor:
- Changed AnalyserOptions to LinterOptions
- Changed RuleDiagnostic to LinterDiagnostic
- Fixed import paths to import from pgls_analyser instead of pgls_analyse
