Cross-reference links in documents always go to "actual size" zoom

Describe the bug
Following a link to another page in the same document, regardless of that link's zoom setting, makes Sumatra revert to "actual size" zoom.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open document with links e.g.: a table of contents
2. Follow a link
3. Observe that the page zoom changes

Expected behavior
Sumatra to respect current zoom, or the zoom setting of the link.

Additional context
This behaviour does not occur in the latest stable.

See discussion #5476 where the 3.6 action (versions after a problem was resolved as seen in 3.5.2 (2023) or earlier) is supposed to follow the PDF guide so if you have an example that does not conform in 3.6/3.7 it would be required for comparative testing.

A PDF document may contain a document outline that the conforming reader may display on the screen,

• The magnification (zoom) factor

What does Ctrl + k, Show Document Bookmarks show?

I need test file to investigate.

I wasn't talking about bookmarks, but links in the document pages themselves, though this issue is affecting bookmarks as well. This test pdf was created in MS Word.

@kjk the file without the need to delinearize appears to show zoom as 0 (/Dest[ 1 0 R/XYZ 69 769 0]) which from spec above is =null thus it is odd that SumatraPDF (MuPDF) shows as 100% and as shown in tracker 0 or null is "inherit" current zoom
