A few interface polish-ups

These are, of course, small things, but I hope they’re helpful.

• Main window close button

  I think the white 1px border around the red looks good. But the red should respect that pixel at the corner.

• Pop-up hint close button is deformed

  I think it would be consistent and appropriate to add the same for Ctrl+6,7,8.

@kjk, would you kindly fix two small UI imperfections (as seen in SumatraPDF 3.7.18428 pre-release): add symmetrical padding on the left for tab close button and remove 3 black pixels on the left and right top corners of the window (and add 1 red pixel missing in close window buton).
