Out of Gas: "buy DAI from Uniswap" test 

Hi, 

I'm following the tutorial.
When running:
```
$ npx jest
```
I'm getting the following message (testing the dai swap via uniswap):
```
    RuntimeError: VM Exception while processing transaction: out of gas
```

I'm using:
ubuntu v18.20
studydefi/money-legos v2.3.4
ethers v5.0.2-
ganache-core v2.10.2
jest v26.1.0
