Support for additional keyboards

At the moment keyboard support is limited to Surface Type Cover 3/4/2017 and Surface Ergonomic Keyboard (possibly only with german keyboard layout).
In order to add additional keyboards I need at least the device instance path (from device manager, see screenshot) and the function/multimedia key mapping (or a picture of the keyboard).

Bitte fügen Sie Support für das Microsoft Surface Keyboard hinzu. Das ist die flache Variante des Surface Ergonomic Keyboard. Das Mapping der Funktionstasten ist absolut identisch zu diesem.

Vielen Dank für die Informationen! Ich habe die Dateien aktualisiert (1.0.4 Download), damit sollte es funktionieren. Falls bereits eine ältere Version installiert ist, bitte vor der Installation von 1.0.4 im Taskmanager unter Details FixSurfaceKeyboard.exe beenden.
