Filter starter-kits during install to only those supporting the installed version

When creating a new project, it would be nice if the starter-kit autocomplete used a filtered list of compatible kits.

Problem:
I started a new project and selected a kit that I liked, but it didn't have support for v6 and setup proceeded until composer errored out.
