AdultTime Funscript Plugin Issues

Describe the bug

There are numerous issues to the AdultTime Funscript plugin that render it unusable OOtB.

I have incorporated fixes to include upstream in the attached file below.

Fixes include:

1. File checks to only obtain files when they are not present. Reason: Stops spamming the server on every update and prevents overwrite of local files which may not be desired.
2. Stops inversion of script. This was the major problem with the plugin not functioning out of the box.
3. Added downloaded file check to ascertain if json file is above 100 bytes. A file under this size would be an error message. Allows for retry of download as result of fix1.

Steps to reproduce

Add the URL of an AdultTime interactive scene to a respective scene in Stash to intitiate the download (plugin installed of course). Open the resultant funscript in OFS or any funscript editor, click into a highly active section, step through the scene and notice how the plot points are inverted.
