ske: Respect KUBECONIFIG environment variable

Description

When specifying a custom Kubernetes config file with $KUBECONFIG, the file the should be used by stackit ske kubeconfig create instead of the default config file.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run KUBECONFIG=~/.kube/custom/config.yaml stackit ske kubeconfig create <cluster> --login

Actual behavior

The standard config file at ~/.kube/config is updated

Expected behavior

The file specified with $KUBECONFIG should be updated

Environment

• OS: MacOS
• Version of STACKIT CLI (see stackit --version): v0.34.5

While looking at the code I've seen there is the --filepath flag which can be used to specify a custom file.

Still, inline with other Kubernetes tools I'd expect the KUBECONFIG flag to be respected if set.

The priority as I see it, highest to lowest:

1. --filepath flag
2. $KUBECONFIG environment variable
3. ~/.kube/config (default)
