Figure out a save number of revisions. #3
Description
Simply altering the number of saved revisions apparently causes issues with replication. I think 10 is safe, but I want to ensure that it is safe and whether we can go to 1 or 2. We also need to figure out how many the client should be saving before migrating to PouchDB P2P.
