deprecated ccb_mcp_* enums), agent /tmp race condition and token refresh
error handling gaps, runner exit-code loss through tee pipelines,
missing trap handler for temp cleanup, grep -P portability issue, and
systemic legacy suite-name persistence across 30+ scripts. Recommends
centralized suite name registry as next feature.
