Tenth nightly review covering verifier library duplication (401 copies),
CI workflow security posture, models.py mutation bugs, shell injection
in rerun_failed.py, grep -P portability in 12 test.sh files, and
stale config mapping. Recommends verifier consolidation and preflight
hardening as next feature.
