[enhancement] Dir History is missing the "Copy SHA" context menu found in File History

In the File History window, there's a context-menu (with a Copy SHA command) when right-clicking a revision in the list.

This context-menu and command is missing in the similar Dir History window.

It's because that in File History window you can not copy the commit's SHA, but in Dir History you can copy it by pressing the button besides commit's SHA

I see - but that's still very inconsistent!

From a user perspective, if I'm accustomed to having that context-menu and command in the File History view, then NOT having it in the (very similar) Dir History view becomes surprising and confusing.

Having the same relevant command in both places would make for a smoother experience. (Having two ways to perform the same action is not bad in this case - it caters well to users who may expect to have the feature in either place, or both.)
