[FR] Sync all visible repositories in Bitbucket Server

I would like to be able to sync all repositories visible to my user in Bitbucket Server.

This feature exists for self-hosted Gitlab but not for Bitbucket Server. https://docs.sourcebot.dev/docs/connections/gitlab#sync-all-projects-in-a-self-managed-instance

The fix in the PR has been tested against my Bitbucket Server with ~700 repositories and it seems to work well.
