token_expired error removed

was just looking to upgrade to slack-ruby-client v3 and noticed that we had a breaking change with the token_expired error missing from the new version. I'm just wondering how it was determined that it could be removed? For example, I still see that error referenced here: https://docs.slack.dev/reference/methods/auth.revoke/#errors

This was very much likely a side effect of #75. The JSON file in https://docs.slack.dev/reference/methods/auth.revoke.json is not referencing token_expired, so it got removed. Is that one part of some common set of errors? Help fix?

strange, their docs and their json disagree? I'm not super familiar with the Slack API and it's frustrating that they don't have clear changelogs in between version (at least that I could find).

It's an accident that they even published these JSONs. Slack doesn't have a machine readable API spec.

I manually added the errors diff in #80, which looks OK to me, but I bet there are more subtleties that are missed.
