Docusaurus migration broke the scraper

Since https://docs.slack.dev/changelog/2025/08/28/welcome-to-docs-slack-dev the scraper is broken and needs to be rewritten on top of docusaurus.

A lot is missing and Slack doesn't seem to say anything other than "next year we will have a machine-readable spec", see https://community.slack.com/archives/C02C28Z3XA7/p1756816143617059.

Added patching in #77 to get to something similar as before. Got a reasonable diff in slack-ruby/slack-ruby-client#558 for web API, merged.
