Lint not failing when our .tsx files have ts issues.

`npm run lint` should fail on https://github.com/sillsdev/interlinearizer-extension/pull/6/changes/BASE..8062745bcc86d8af1c9d0679db73ac9eb5a299f6 because of imports `from 'paranext-extension-template'`, which no longer exists. But you only see those error if you open the `.tsx` file in your IDE or try to build.
