Please add a button for quitting the app!

Hello! The app is really amazing and flawless. I don't need anything more in terms of features. However, it would be great if you could add a QUIT button which sits on the default menu, which quits the app entirely from the background. Right now, it is somewhat difficult to quit the app, and requires a few clicks. It would be great if we could quit the app as easily as we can open it and start drawing!

Hello! Apologies for such a late reply! I was under some serious life situations (my grandma got sick and we were in a lotta running!). Anyways! I think you can just add the Quit Button directly on main list.

Here's a mockup for where you can place the quit button! I'm not sure what logo to use, so I just used a stock one. Adding the quit button here will make it much easier to close the app when we want to!

Hey no problem at all! I'm really sorry to hear about your grandma and I truly hope she's doing much better now.

As for the placement of the quit button, your diagram is actually spot on: it really did look like this at one stage in development.

Reason it ended up in the settings page is because WindowManager imposes an arbitrary(?) limit on the auto-adjusted horizontal size of floating windows, and adding another button went just over it. I decided the quit button was redundant and moved it elsewhere.

There are plans to bring customizability to toolbar button arrangements but as I have mentioned in other issues, I am very occupied and unable to deliver quality updates. If having the quit button on the toolbar is crucial in your use case I'd be happy to prepare a custom build for you, just let me know.

Thanks for letting me know about this in detail. I understand the problem here. So please take the app at your pace! If it is possible to customize the toolbar sometime in the future, it will surely be really great.

But for now, keeping the app up to sate with new android versions and stuff is good enough. I feel the app is pretty polished as is, and haven't noticed much of a bug either :)
