Laravel Pulse Support

👉 Describe the problem

Laravel Pulse is a great and simple server monitoring tool.

To monitor the application server, inside the application container we need to run php artisan pulse:check (see https://laravel.com/docs/12.x/pulse#capturing-entries)

The new frankenphp container has no S6, so it's possible to run this command in parallel.

• Install Laravel Pulse
• Access dashboard
• Check if CPU/RAM/Diskspace is shown
