• Support weighted SAP

• add nodejs, turf-random, and make gen_random_shapes available as a script in the workspace

Discuss need:

• runnable on Windows with Docker
• runnable on Windows without Docker, with documented steps.
• add optional clip region. Should this be vector clip before or raster clip after? Clip after means the original area is used for SAP calculation.
• support multiple input files for one heatmap - seasketch and maptionnaire?
• support user-provided raster template. May be useful for prioritization if inputs all use same grid.
