自浏览器内核版本 ≥138 起，您只需要在扩展程序设置中启用“允许用户脚本”，并且不需要启用开发者模式。

进入扩展列表 → 找到 ScriptCat 扩展程序 → 点击其 ⋮ 图标 → 启用“允许用户脚本”。
