Allow ignoring PRs from bots

I find ignoring PRs based on users ambiguous and indirect. People might want these to show up in the release notes even if they want to exclude the bot from the contributors list.

That said, I think we can make both cases work without complicating the config too much (hopefully). I'll take a look at #85 now.

Since pre-commit-ci[bot] and dependabot[bot] are pretty well-known (and used!) bots for various CI updates, perhaps we can special-case them into an "Automated dependency updates" heading? And renovate[bot], too.

That's a good idea. I think this might already be possible with existing functionality. If you can make these bots use a special label, you can map this label to a specific section in the generated notes via the label_section_map.

I specifically want to exclude these. For yaml2ics we had pages of such updates, vs the PRs that actually went into updating the package in various ways.

So, just +1 for some way to get the functionality of #85, which I'm using for now, shipped.
