Feature: Rolling feedback #4
Description
I think it would be really cool if any individual across the company can drop feedback to any other person via Stacks, outside the context of a peer review. This could account for more distributed peer reviews, by helping peer reviewers gather broader information on an IC's growth and interactions across the org.
For example, I would love to just drop a note to Christine (possibly public to the company, or maybe only to Christine and her peer reviewers) about how impressive and organized her communication is. Because I am unlikely to ever be Christine's peer reviewer, I won't have a chance to make that feedback known in a context that can help her get a raise or get a clearer picture of her skill tree standing.
Maybe we could add Review Request types, like Peer Review and Open Feedback? And have a directory of G3D-ers within Stacks so I can navigate to a person and drop them some feedback?
