Make git init an option

In some cases, this template can be used for an already created repository. Maybe it makes sense to add this as an option?
I’d like to contribute if this issue gets approved.

We have git commit call at the end of project generation. So, you can use it on existing projects. But for some features it deletes folders which you might want to keep.

@s3rius As I understand, init_repo() is called in post_gen_project.py for creating the repository, but it wasn't needed; I just wanted to apply the template inside an already created repository and activated virtual environment.

In case you call git init in already initialized repository it should do nothing. So you are free to run this template once again on an already initialized repository. Just don't forget to add --force.
