Child Growth Points Disabled

Hello,
on last 1.6 version here, in MP childrens have Growth Points Disabled for some reason.

In the save the parameter is False
can be verified via devtools.

Standard narrator, only mod installed and where it happens is in MP.

Just to add some more (unfortunately not clarifying) info, it might have been a weird bug even with main game at this point.
First and second child of the colony had the flag disabled, and the only way has been to force growth points via dev.
After this, other childs born in the colony did not have the issue.
