Make homepage pillar images editable via Ghost CMS (#39)

This update moves the homepage “Pillars of Ruby Central” image grid into
Ghost CMS so images can be updated without modifying the theme.

Changes:
• Replace static theme assets with Ghost page queries
• Images are now pulled from pages tagged:
  - #home-pillars-image-1
  - #home-pillars-image-2
  - #home-pillars-image-3
• Featured image controls the displayed image
• Optional link can be added using the Custom Excerpt field
