Deliver protobuf binaries for non linux platforms (macOS and windows)

Is it possible to bring protobuf for mac and windows too?

As far as I can see, 0.2.10 it is a last version where protobuf for macOS is available:

It would be easier to develop... Thanks!

It is fixed in master but I'm going to make a backport for 0.2.x version as well.
