Add support for bind:value on wired-inputs

In Svelte we can bind a variable to the _value_ of an input by using `bind:value={myVar}`. This sadly isn't supported in wired-elements yet 😢 This also applies to other elements with `value` like `<textarea>`.

Can support for this be added?
