List Careers from RocDev Slack

Make a page (/careers) that lists the pinned posts in #careers (id: C0C04H9HP). The format should be as follows.

Company | Title | {Remote, On-site} | {FT, PT, Contract} | Link

From the existing pins, I think https://rocdev.slack.com/archives/C0C04H9HP/p1507571419000074 is the only one to fit the requirement. The link is at the bottom, but I guess we can treat the link as optional...for now.

For DRY, https://api.slack.com/methods/pins.list could be used to get an up-to-date list of pinned jobs from #careers at build time
