When QC Approves a Multiply-Linked Point, Animate the Highlight Change

When doing QC, it is useful to ensure that the point being QC'd is the right one. Sometimes, I may look at the value and think that it is the correct one, but it could be the same value at a different place in the document.

Some form of animation like:

1. If the point is not visible currently, move to the point
2. Change the color to green at some relatively quick, but not too quick rate. (Maybe 0.1 second)
3. If a multiply-linked point, change the color to the orange color if not the last approval.

Ideally, if doing "Approve All" for more than one points, it will sort the points by a logical order (e.g. top to bottom, left to right), loop over the points, and start the change to green as the previous point is finishing (or changing to orange).
