A native, exportable dictionary of metrics and their definitions/expressions

Description

Right now, I have a google sheet that features all the metrics I have where I have a Definition in plain text of the metric and then a Formula column where I describe how I calculate it. If the export is editable, that'd be great bc I'd likely present the formulas as a little different to the exact SQL expressions.

Use Case:
To share with external users who are looking to deeply understand dashboards, also it would be great for company documentation

We could support a global "Metrics" view in Rill Cloud that lists all metrics across all metrics in a project (and even organization), with descriptions and references to the various dashboards where they are being used.
