Proposal: MutationObserver

We should experiment with the DOM MutationObserver API in order to instantiate components dynamically. This would have the benefit of automagically creating components which have been inserted into the DOM by another component.

+2 For that :) Browser compatibility looks quite nice, except for good ol' IE... Any polyfills you know of? (Could imagine that any polyfill would be ugly though)
