Manually refresh the get kafkas func for new status

Currently, the user needs to manually refresh the page to see any status updates for their newly created Kafka. We should trigger a refresh in the UI around the approximate length of time it takes to create a kafka (or some period of time).

I guess having timing job that refresh this is good, 5 seconds is enough.

Refresh every 20 seconds seems good tradeoff between lack of updates and sending too many requests.
