feature: output `--progress` mode plot/graph after `ctrl-c`

If I run something such as ping 8.8.8.8 | uplot line --progress, when I press ctrl-c to stop, the graph disappears. It'd be nice to be able to keep it.

I tried the command, but I couldn’t reproduce the issue in my environment. It would be helpful if you could let me know what environment you’re using.

When YouPlot is interrupted with Ctrl+C, ANSI escape sequences may sometimes be left behind.
The error handling and cleanup for interruptions or abnormal termination could likely be improved a bit further.

I'm on latest MacOS + iterm2 + zsh, what I meant to be clearer, os that when I press Ctrl-c, I'd like the graph to still appear in the terminal
