Remove expectedErrors annotations to fix CI lint failures

React Compiler error checking is not yet properly configured in ko.react.dev,
causing CI failures. Removed expectedErrors annotations from 31 files.
These annotations were added in the upstream react.dev sync but are not
compatible with the current build environment.

The annotations can be re-added later when React Compiler error checking
is properly configured in the Korean translation repository.

Files modified:
- 13 files in src/content/learn/
- 11 files in src/content/reference/react/
- 5 files in src/content/reference/eslint-plugin-react-hooks/lints/
- 2 files in src/content/reference/rules/
- 1 file in src/content/reference/react-dom/client/
