too many crashes when my pc is idle (when I'm afk for any time longer than 15 minutes)

What caused the crash

Every time I leave the pc idle I come back to 50 crash pop ups that I need to clean up, "exit, exit, exit, exit, exit" it just floods me with issues. The only detail I know is that it appears when I leave the pc id
