"Quarto: New document" command is inconsistent with other languages #911

Opened based on @jthomasmock's slack message

With most other formats, “<Extension>: New <lang> file” is the command, ie R: New R file, Python: New Python file. For Quarto, it’s Quarto: New document, rather than Quarto: New Quarto document and Quarto: New Notebook instead of Quarto: New Quarto Notebook.

I definitely understand not duplicating Quarto: New Quarto , but the pain point I have is that interactively typing “New Quarto” returns nothing useful until you get to the full “New Quarto”:
