Inside of code cells, `#` triggers GitHub issue completions

If you are inside a code cell (Python or R) and type # you get completions for GitHub issues (which are annoying if you are trying to write a comment):

I observe this in both Positron and VS Code, and I don't see these completions in either .R or .py. I tried out both v1.128.0 and v1.129.0 of the extension, so I hypothesize this isn't a new problem related to the latest release.

Just to note, I had this issue in past releases of Positron using R versions 4.4.2 and 4.5.2.
