Unable to open Python after download

I have successfully installed Python, and it is functioning properly. I have also reviewed the installation process with several colleagues who have completed their installations as well. While their File Explorer interfaces resemble mine, two individuals are experiencing an issue where they are unable to open the "EntirePDF Process Combined Shared Version" file. The file opens briefly and then closes immediately. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, bit we cannot help you. This feels like a bug in their environment (maybe not enough memory) rather than a Python bug.
