[Feature Request] interval time when sending emails

We are currently using the smtp server of gmail to send our emails in batch. It will be great if we could make an option to send the emails at once or with an interval period. By using interval time we may help us not being detected as spamming by gmail[1].

[1] This has not happened to me. However, who knows? : )
