* New library file name in code.

* Add csv file and whats new.

* Update inverter test.

* New library with new records appended to old.

* Clean up comment, restore original test and update whatsnew.

* Update v0.9.5.rst

Clarify the nature of the dayabases.

* Delete old csv file
