[proposal] add cpu/mem profile dump support

issue authors use gpreftools. reference: microsoft/mimalloc#669

in jemalloc, we can use rust-jemalloc-pprof to auto generated profile dump file.

I hope Mimalloc can also directly support such functionality for troubleshooting purposes
