In the explanation of the text() function, a blank page appears upon clicking the fontSize() link.
Even after searching for fontSize() directly on the Reference page, a page for fontSize() doesn't seem to exist.

Judging from the explanation for the text() function, I think the page means to refer to textSize() rather than fontSize().
There is also an according page for textSize() in the Reference page.

May I take this issue?

I noticed this issue and would love to contribute if it’s still available
It seems that fontSize() should be replaced with textSize() .
If no one is actively working on it, I’d be happy to take it up!

Hi @tgs8717 ! Yes you may take this, thank you for finding the problem. I've transferred the issue because it's actually in the website content (website contributor docs here may be helpful: https://github.com/processing/p5.js-website/tree/main/docs especially technical overview and content overview).

Besides the broken links on the main page, there are also broken links here: https://beta.p5js.org/examples/imported-media-words/ because the example description should use relative links, but does not.

And to fix the issue on main site (p5js.org), a PR is needed targeting main branch. To fix it on beta.p5js.org, a separate PR should start with and target the 2.0 branch. You should make the first PR on main at first; once that's merged you can either make a new PR for 2.0, or ask one of the merging website stewards to do it! The reason to do 1 at a time is that if there's feedback, there would be less duplicated work in the two PRs:)

You and @Muskan-khar are correct, the problem is that it should be textSize. However, the complete fix also includes making links relative not absolute.

When testing the changes using the local host, I noticed that the link still doesn't work when I use a relative link to the textSize() reference page (src/content/reference/en/p5/textSize.mdx), but it works when I use an absolute link (https://p5js.org/reference/p5/textSize).

For the time being I might make a PR with the absolute link.

Attached below is a screenshot of the page I'm led to when I use a relative link.

Perhaps something like ../reference/en/p5/textSize would work? Please feel free to make a PR even if it doesn't work (you can mark it as draft) and I can also take a look at that.

(Unfortunately the solution does require relative links, or they will break again when we switch to 2.x as default; that will move the contents of what is now the beta site to the main site)

Thanks for your reply.

I just tried the relative link that you suggested in the local host (npm run dev), and there are still some troubles opening it.
I think I will go ahead and open up a PR as draft.
