Improve NavPanel Scrollability by Repositioning Elements

Description

The current NavPanel is not very convenient in terms of accessing all items especially when there are a lot of Jump to links.

The user has to scroll down the Jump to links (in sections like "tutorials" and "examples") to view and access all the items in the list, which affects usability.

Suggested Fix

This can be improved by reallocating space within the panel. I have suggested some of my ideas in the comments. But this issue is open to discussions and feedback. Would like to know if there are any better approaches.

1. Move the “Start Coding” and “Donate” buttons outside of the NavPanel.
2. The “Community” and “About” links are not as relevant compared to the other items on the Side Panel. They can be accessed from the root and also the footer

This will free up space for the extend “Jump to” Links, reducing the need for scrolling.

@ksen0 I'm not sure moving the "Start Coding" or "Donate" buttons should be moved, since the original designers probably intended for those to be prominent CTAs.

Would it be relevant to tag the original designers to see what they think of this issue?

@doradocodes That was definitely the intent though I'm not sure if they are currently more or less prominent than Nishtha's proposed design. The proposed design has also more in common with both processing site (https://processing.org/) and the Processing Foundation site (https://processingfoundation.org/). I am not a designer in any formal way, so I would in this case defer to your judgment, but I think: (1) the external consistency of the proposal is a plus, and (2) the high information density of the left nav panel generally feels like it may make the current placement less prominent than intended
